The apartment is located in a quiet, established residential area in the heart of Cannes - within a few minutes walk from the Palais de Festivals, a choice of beaches, the Croisette, the Rue d'Antibes, and the Suquet.

Being in Central Cannes, you have all the amenities the town has to offer within easy reach. For those that enjoy shopping, the nearby Rue d’Antibes & Croisette offers an excellent choice of elegant boutiques. A pleasant walk through the old town brings you to the Marché Forville - a fantastic market selling fresh produce such as locally grown fruit & vegetables, cheese, cold meats and a delicious selection of bread and pastries, ideal if you would like to prepare meals in the apartment.

Beach lovers will be delighted by the long stretch of sandy shoreline, and the selection of private and public beaches on offer. Those looking for an active holiday can enjoy waterskiing, diving, snorkelling, and a wide variety of other water-sports – if you would like any of these pre-booked for you, this is something we would be delighted to arrange for you.

There are countless wonderful places to eat, to suit every taste– from local patisseries with a small café, to gourmet restaurants along the Croisette & in Palm Beach, overlooking the sea. The nightlife in Cannes also has something for everybody, including tiny cafés tucked away in the narrow cobbled streets of the Suquet, glamorous bars in the ‘Banane’, casinos and nightclubs.

This beautiful apartment is unusually large for Cannes, and covers the entire first floor of 'Villa Leona', a lovely period building set in a central yet quiet area of Cannes. Excellent local restaurants, beaches, the harbour, Croisette & shops are all within a few minutes walk. The property sleeps 8 guests, but up to 16 can be accomodated if combined with Apartment Noir on the floor above.

Tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, apartment Blanc has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The accommodation is comprised of 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining room, a well equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a cloakroom with w.c. The apartment benefits from air-conditioning - essential for summers in Cannes.

All the rooms have very high ceilings and large windows with original shutters, making this a wonderfully light and airy apartment. Contemporary furniture, soft furnishings, artwork and lighting all add to the feeling of luxury throughout the property.

bedrooms.

All three of the spacious bedrooms have been elegantly furnished and accessorised, and offer peaceful accommodation overlooking gardens. Each bedroom sleeps two guests, and there are options for some to be made up as a twin or a double room.

living Room.

The living room is very large, and flooded with natural light by two huge windows. Designer lighting and soft furnishings enhance the comfortable seating area for up to 9 guests - with leather sofas, a television (with Sky TV), DVD player, & cd player. One of the sofas turns into a comfy double sofa bed to provide an extra sleeping area at night. At the other end of the room is a big dining table that seats 8 – and is also ideal for use as a conference table if visiting Cannes on business. Other useful facilities provided are the wi-fi internet access, telephone, and printer.

kitchen.

The bright, contemporary kitchen has been fitted to a high standard, and is very well equipped for your stay. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob & micro-wave. A comprehensive selection of crockery and utensils has been provided should you wish to prepare meals in the apartment, though you are only a short walk from a wide selection of excellent restaurants!

bathrooms.

Bathroom

The luxury bathroom has been refurbished to a high specification. The bath has a shower over, there is an attractive ceramic bowl basin, w.c. and chrome heated towel rail.

Shower room

The spacious shower room has high quality fittings, including the modern walk-in shower, plenty of storage for your toiletries and a chrome heated towel rail.

Cloakroom

There is a separate W.C. with hand basin.

Parking in Cannes during the high season can be a problem. We are very lucky that free parking is normally possible within just a short walk of the apartment. If you would prefer to leave your car in a secure underground car-park, there are several within easy walking distance. The closest one is ‘Vauban’, but details for them all can all be found here.

Short breaks

We are very happy for guests to book short breaks of 3 nights & more, except for during the conferences & over Christmas / NYE. Please contact us for details on pricing.

Deposit

We ask guests to pay a 30% deposit to secure their booking, and the balance 6 weeks before departure. Payment is by transfer to French bank account or cheque from a French bank account.

Cleaning, linens & towels

You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival. Linen & towels are available at a cost of 25€ per person per set. Please bring your own beach towels.

Breakages

A refundable breakages deposit of £700/800€ is required (upon final payment to our French account, to our UK bank account, or in Euros's to the agent on arrival), which will returned to you after your stay if there is no damage to the apartment and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for)

Departure times

We request that guests arrive after 2.30pm and depart by 11.00am. However, we will do our best to be flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after 11.00am because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given, and there is not a booking immediately after yours.
